Anita Marinelli is an associate in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group who focuses her practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation, as well as intellectual property licensing and asset purchase agreements. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in patent, copyright and trademark infringement lawsuits. Anita also has experience in a wide range of technologies, including the biochemical and chemical arts, software, biomedical devices and consumer products.
