Aysha represents businesses in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark registration and infringement.
Aysha has a strong background in litigating contract disputes, antitrust issues, and warranty and products liability. She was a staff attorney in the litigation & dispute resolution group of a large, business-oriented Detroit law firm and served as in-house counsel at a tobacco import company.
