With a focus on the complex and evolving laws and regulations that govern data transmitted and stored in computers, she specializes in the area where data protection meets intellectual property. Aysha represents businesses in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark registration and infringement.
Aysha has a strong background in litigating contract disputes, antitrust issues, and warranty and products liability. She was a staff attorney in the litigation & dispute resolution group of a large, business-oriented Detroit law firm and served as in-house counsel at a tobacco import company.
