Ayushi is a Leader in M&A Practice of the research and strategy driven international law firm, Nishith Desai Associates. As part of her role, she also heads the Space Law vertical at Nishith Desai Associates.

AREAS OF PROVEN EXPERTISE

Ayushi is an eight-year qualified corporate lawyer with particular expertise in cross-border M&A transactions and commercial contracts. She has substantial experience of working with corporates, investors and other stakeholders in FMCG, Real Estate, IT and Space sectors. Ayushi also has some experience in undertaking fact finding exercises in internal investigations pertaining to white collar crime legislations.

An alumnus of the prestigious Columbia Law School, New York and Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, Ayushi is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. She has previously worked with firm’s New York office for 1 year, and J. Sagar Associates for 5 years.

Ayushi has been published in a multitude of prestigious publications in India and overseas. When Ayushi is not working, she loves to explore new places. She enjoys hiking, safaris, and learning about different cultures. Ayushi also finds joy in dance. She loves the way it makes her feel free and expressive.
