Ben Holland is a partner in the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Practice Group, based in the London office. He specialises in handling multi-jurisdictional large-scale dispute resolution for energy-sector clients around the world.
Ben’s practice focuses exclusively on energy-related disputes with particular emphasis on the power and utilities, oil and gas, LNG, renewables, and mining sectors.
Ben has a particular focus on hydrocarbon pricing disputes under long-term international oil, gas, LNG and coal supply agreements and the impact of economic and regulatory change on the commercial balance under them. His practice also focusses on disputes arising out of fluctuations in the price of crude oil and the consequential impact on the price of oil products, natural gas, LNG, coal and other commodities.
