Bernard is a lawyer in the asset management and investment funds team in Sydney. He has advised domestic and global private fund managers and banks on fund establishment and a variety of financial services regulatory issues.

Bernard joined K&L Gates' graduate program in 2022 working in the finance and asset management and investment funds groups, where he gained exposure to finance, restructuring and insolvency, payments, banking regulation, and consumer financial services and private equity funds matters for numerous clients predominantly in the finance and financial services industries
