Bomi Lee counsels clients in the investment management industry, including investment advisers and investment companies.

During law school, Bomi represented a variety of clients through the Penn Law Criminal Defense Clinic and the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. During the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, Bomi drafted an operating agreement for a limited liability company and closed a program-related investment transaction for a private charitable foundation.

Bomi served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2017 and was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle in 2018.
