He represents clients in connection with tender offers and proxy contests. He helps advise clients on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and disclosure obligations, as well as other corporate and compliance matters.

Brandon also represents corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions, cryptoassets and blockchain technology.
