Brazitte’s practice extends across the litigation and counseling aspects of employment law. On the litigation side, Brazitte defends employers of all sizes against allegations of harassment and discrimination under the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment act of 1967 (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and related state laws.
