As part of the Health Care Alignment and Organization practice group, Breanna Caldwell is dedicated to providing strategic and efficient legal counsel to a wide range of health care providers and organizations. Breanna regularly drafts commercial contracts, forms entities, and researches various business and health care law issues. She also frequently advises clients on business and health care considerations for commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Breanna served as a student attorney with the Michigan Innocence Clinic, conducting legal research and drafting briefs in state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Prior to practicing law, Breanna served two years as a corps member with Teach for America, teaching first grade.
