Brian E. Kasper is an Associate and member of the Firm’s Litigation Group. Mr. Kasper represents business and corporate clients in commercial and civil litigation matters.  He has been certified as a New Jersey Special Civil Division Mediator.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Kasper served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul Innes, P.J.Ch. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer Vicinage.  He served as judicial extern to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and to the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris/Sussex Vicinage. At Villanova University School of Law, Mr. Kasper received the Herman J. Obert Award for attaining the highest grade in Business Organizations.
