Caitlin practices in the areas of employment law and litigation. She representsemployers in litigation under all federal and state employment laws, including cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour issues. Caitlin also assists in representing clients in proceedings before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the North Carolina Department of Labor, and the North Carolina Division of Employment Security. Caitlin’s litigation practice covers a wide array of substantive areas including government-related disputes, land use matters, and complex business litigation.
