Chenxi (Abby) Lu is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Abby defends employers from various industries in single-plaintiff as well as class action lawsuits, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations matters. She also advises employers on employment practices, such as human resources management and compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

While in law school, Abby earned the American Jurisprudence Award in her Constitutional Law (Rights) class.  She also gained experience arguing in front of the California Court of Appeal, Fifth District as a Certified Law Student Clerk.
