Christopher Flanagan is the regional managing partner of the Boston office. He focuses his practice on commercial and complex tort litigation, with emphasis on general liability, product liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, trucking and transportation liability, construction liability and defect, and aviation liability, as well as insurance coverage and insurance coverage litigation, involving first party property and third party liability insurance policies.
He works with both insured and self-insured businesses and property owners, aiding them in resolving complex legal battles. He defends these clients in state and federal court levels, in Massachusetts, as well as in Maine and New Hampshire. Chris works with both US and London-based clients in dealing with cases in the insurance markets they are in.
