Chris is a trial lawyer with a diverse litigation practice, serving clients in complex civil and regulatory disputes. Chris has been lead counsel in hundreds of cases for businesses ranging in size from a few employees to Fortune 100 companies, and has collaborated one-on-one with business principals and also with some of the largest in-house legal teams in the nation. His extensive experience extends to cases involving technology, finance, corporate governance and regulatory disputes, as well as high exposure commercial disputes between businesses.

Chris represents both national and local business interests, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 listed companies, in class actions, finance and lending disputes, software design, development and implementation disputes, corporate governance and shareholder rights disputes, and antitrust and manufacturing disputes. He has been lead counsel in multiple trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings, has argued appeals as lead counsel and has made courtroom appearances representing clients throughout Firm’s Southeastern footprint, and also in Delaware, West Virginia, Massachusetts, Alabama, and Florida.
