Claudia A. Halasz is an Associate in the Denver, Colorado, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She practices primarily at the intersection of employment law and higher education law, focusing on affirmative action compliance. Ms. Halasz is also a member of the firm's Pay Equity Resource Group.
Ms. Halasz helps clients develop sensible affirmative action plans and comply with regulations promulgated by the DOL's Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
