Colleen Sitton represents clients in a variety of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including the purchase and sale of energy assets and companies and the financing and development of energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, private equity sponsors and financial institutions.  

Prior to joining Bracewell, Colleen was an intern in the General Counsel Division of the Texas Governor’s Office. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Vanessa Velasquez in Harris County District Court, as well as an intern in the United States Senate
