He has substantial experience representing companies of all sizes, including serving as outside general counsel, as he helps them navigate the full spectrum of corporate and operational issues. With a focus on cybersecurity, data privacy and transactions, his practice has also evolved to include acting as counsel to companies through data breaches, including ransomware, malware, hacking and phishing attacks.
