Dan routinely helps businesses navigate complex business disputes in state and federal courts. He handles a range of business disputes, including claims of breach of contract, unfair trade practices, theft of trade secrets, claims stemming from employee misconduct, and other business torts. His clients have included small and large companies, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and religious institutions.
