Dana has particular experience with commercial litigation motion practice, discovery, and settlement negotiation. She has also assisted with jury trials, including drafting dispositive motions, preparing witnesses for testimony, and crafting trial strategy.

Prior to joining the firm full time, Dana was a summer associate in the Chicago office. In addition to her time with Barnes & Thornburg, she gained valuable experience as an intern with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, representing clients in juvenile court for the Bluhm Legal Clinic Children and Family Justice Center, and as an extern for the Honorable Harry Leinenweber of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
