Danica Šebestová's practice focus is financial services, M&A and general corporate matters

Her finance experience includes representing major financial institutions in real estate, corporate and export financings and solving problematic loans, both locally and internationally. Danica also represents real estate funds in development and acquisition financings throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

Recently, Danica has been travelling to the Middle East where she is advising clients on economic sanctions regimes.

Danica's corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, and assisting large international clients with corporate and commercial matters on an ongoing basis.

Danica is a member of the Czech Bar Association, the Slovak Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
