Daniel A. Adlong

Professional Biography

Mr. Adlong focuses the majority of his practice representing employers in traditional labor issues. He regularly represents clients during union organizing campaigns and before the National Labor Relations Board.  Additionally, Mr. Adlong represents clients in collective-bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and labor agreement administration.  Beyond his traditional labor practice, Mr. Adlong handles civil employment matters before state and federal courts and government agencies.  His practice involves representing employers in claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, failure to accommodate, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.

Before joining the Orange County office, Mr. Adlong worked as an NLRB attorney.  He was lead counsel on multiple unfair labor practice trials and conducted numerous investigations regarding alleged unfair labor practice allegations.  As an NLRB attorney, he also handled many representation petitions from filing through election.

Mr. Adlong is also fluent in Spanish and performs investigations, witness interviews, and trial preparation in both English and Spanish.
