David A. Jackson

Mr. Jackson is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property group. Before joining the firm, he clerked for the ‎Honorable John Pelander at the Arizona Supreme Court and served as a judicial extern for the ‎Honorable James A. Teilborg in the U.S. District Court in Arizona, where his experience included ‎drafting memoranda, orders, and opinions for the judge to review, reviewing briefs and motions filed ‎to the court, and conducting legal research.‎

While in law school, Mr. Jackson was actively involved in Junior Law/CourtWorks, an outreach program ‎focused on teaching middle school students about the Constitution and their constitutional rights. He ‎collaborated with Judge Mary H. Murguia to expand the program to reach 2,000+ students at more ‎than 12 schools in the Phoenix area. ‎

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Jackson was an elementary school teacher and served as a Faculty ‎Advisor for Teach For America in Houston.‎
