Donna Krusbe is an experienced attorney who handles appeals in state and federal courts and provides litigation support at the trial level to ensure the best appellate outcome. Donna has represented municipalities, hospitals, physicians, universities and insurers in the defense of claims related to medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, general liability, premises liability, bond forfeiture and civil rights violations. 

Donna joined Wilson Elser from a firm specializing in defense of litigation, handling appeals, and real estate, zoning and local government law. Previously, she was a staff attorney for the Honorable George A. Shahood at Florida's Fourth District Court of Appeal.
