Doug H. Goldhush

Doug Goldhush focuses his practice on sophisticated intellectual property matters including all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law.

He is experienced in handling complex patent procurement issues, as well as patentability, infringement and invalidity opinions. Doug also has significant experience in dealing with trademark selection, clearance, registration, enforcement and defense. Doug has advised many US and international companies on these issues, as well as copyright, trade secrets and e-commerce matters.

Especially well-versed in intellectual property issues involving business methods, software, computer-related technologies and the Internet, Doug often counsels clients on related patent and trademark matters and helps design and implement appropriate intellectual property protection and licensing strategies. He has also drafted and prosecuted patent applications in a wide variety of industries including cellular and network communications, computer systems and subsystems, computer software, various manufacturing and control systems, automotive systems including engine and drivetrain control, navigation and collision avoidance, aviation, robotics, semiconductor processes and devices, as well as laser devices and many types of consumer electronics.
