Andrew Southerling represents corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), US Department of Justice (DOJ), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other regulator investigations and enforcement proceedings. He also conducts internal investigations on behalf of corporate management and boards of directors. Andrew joined Morgan Lewis after a six-year tenure at the SEC in the Division of Enforcement.
