Edward O’Brien focuses his practice on nursing home litigation, insurance defense, arbitration, business consulting, risk management, appellate advocacy and general civil defense. Eddie is the co-founder and managing editor of the Kentucky Appellate Survey, a publication that summarizes, analyzes and contextualizes all holdings from Kentucky’s appellate courts. Eddie is also Associate Editor of TYL Magazine, which is the principal publication of the ABA’s Young Lawyers Division and distributed to 130,000 attorneys nationwide.
