Elizabeth E. Harding

Ms. Harding's practice involves three key areas. She advises clients within the cable television and entertainment industries on transactional and operational matters, with a particular focus on advertising and media sales. Her transactional experience includes the drafting and negotiation of advertising sales representation agreements for both regular television and online advertising, barter and trade agreements and advertising sales terms and conditions.

Ms. Harding also regularly advises clients with respect to all aspects of licensing and technology matters, including the drafting and negotiation of agreements related to software and hardware development, licensing and support. Her experience in the field of licensing and transactional negotiations extends to a variety of industries, including healthcare, hotels and luxury goods.
