Liz White focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on appellate litigation, securities, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes.

Ms. White has extensive experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs and has practiced in both trial and appellate courts at the federal and state levels. Ms. White assists in defending clients in class action shareholder and shareholder derivative litigation, including managing document collection and production and drafting filings and dispositive motions. Ms. White likewise defends clients in antitrust actions, including in class action, indirect purchaser, and opt-out multi-district litigation. Ms. White has represented clients in a broad range of sectors, including technology, manufacturing, education, and private equity investment.
