Professional Biography

Elizabeth is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has experience representing clients in civil cases, conducting legal research, and preparing legal memoranda.

Prior to joining Mintz, Elizabeth worked as a legal extern in the Trial Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. During her tenure there, she represented the Commonwealth on a variety of civil cases, and researched and wrote memoranda and motions on civil legal issues. In addition to her role as a legal extern, Elizabeth also served as an appeals division intern for the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Criminal Division.

While earning her JD, Elizabeth served as a capital habeas unit intern for the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a research assistant for the Innocence Clinic at Boston College Law School. She also has experience working as a finance intern for the Hillary for America Northeast and Abroad Regional Finance Team, a legislative & press intern for the US House of Representatives Office of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and an intern for The Honorable Judge Richard P. Haaz at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania and The Honorable Judge Anita B. Brody at the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
