Elizabeth Ruocco is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Group. She has represented creditors as well as debtors in possession in the context of chapter 11 adversary proceedings. Prior to joining Cadwalader, Elizabeth handled a variety of commercial business litigation matters.
Elizabeth received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and her B.A. in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
