Emily supports commercial lenders, private equity clients, institutional investors, and developers on real estate transactions throughout the United States involving financing, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, leasing, and subleasing. Her real estate practice also involves office and manufactured housing transactions including joint ventures and commercial loans.
In the corporate space, Emily assists with mergers and acquisitions and commercial contract drafting, regularly performing diligence analyses.
Emily began her legal career as a summer associate at ArentFox Schiff and returned to the firm following law school graduation. While in law school, Emily was a judicial intern to Justice Brynja McDivitt Booth with the Supreme Court of Maryland.

Life Beyond the Law
Outside of work, Emily is an avid college basketball fan (she is a former NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball athlete), and enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants in DC. Emily was born and raised in Upstate New York.
