Emily C. Keil focuses her practice on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. Emily has experience assisting with debtor and creditor representations involving both in- and out-of-court restructuring efforts.
While in law school, Emily was an articles editor for The AIPLA Quarterly Journal. She also served as a judicial intern in the D.C. Federal District Court for the Honorable Judge Rudolph Contreras and in the D.C. Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Heidi M. Pasichow.
