Her practice focuses on structuring programs for domestic and international distribution and growth, mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues and franchise relationship issues. Emily also represents clients in litigation involving franchise, supply network and distribution, intellectual property, and other commercial disputes. 

Emily’s experience includes representing clients of all sizes in trademark and copyright counseling, registration and litigation, as well as advising clients in a variety of advertising and marketing issues, and drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology agreements, including software licensing agreements, website development agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies.
