Erica Hogan is an associate in the Corporate Group in Cadwalader’s New York office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on securities law, public company reporting, general corporate advisory and corporate governance. Erica represents public and private companies, underwriters and investment managers in a broad range of complex transactional matters, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, tender offers, securities reporting and compliance matters and other corporate transactions. Prior to joining Cadwalader, Erica was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, working in that firms Capital Markets group, and an Assistant General Counsel at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC.

Erica received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, and her J.D., with high honors, Order of the Coif, from the George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of The George Washington Law Review.  She is admitted to practice law in New York.
