Erin Lett is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets Group. Erin focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, including the representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private equity and debt offerings. Erin also advises financial services companies on a full range of general corporate matters, including formation and structuring transactions, corporate governance matters and the preparation and filing of annual, quarterly and current reports and proxy statements.
