Ethan M. Heller focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on regulatory strategies involving blockchain, cryptocurrency and fintech companies. Ethan also advises cryptocurrency companies and other digital payment platforms on anti-money laundering, regulatory, sanctions and other compliance issues.

While in law school, Ethan served as a legal intern for a global asset management business.
