Ethan Rosenfeld is an Associate at Nelson Mullins' Miami office. Ethan represents sellers of medical businesses to private equity and other purchasers and is also beginning to engage in the emerging value-based care space.  Before joining the firm, Ethan represented buyers of long-term care portfolios and was also engaged in matters of corporate governance and structuring.
