Eva Teh is a member of the firm’s complex commercial litigation and disputes practice group. Her legal practice is focused on civil and commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration.

She has assisted in a range of matters involving contractual disputes, and claims in the tort of defamation and negligent misstatement, among others. She also advises one of the two casinos in Singapore in its contentious and non-contentious matters, which involves working closely with counsel in other jurisdictions such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan in relation to enforcement proceedings.
