Mr. Citron is an associate in the New York City office. He represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. His employment litigation practice focuses on representing employers in single and multi-plaintiff cases under the anti-discrimination laws, as well as defending employers against wage and hour class and collective actions brought under the FLSA and various state laws. Mr. Citron also represents employers on matters involving employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets, and counsels clients on a wide variety of employment law matters.
