Evan focuses his practice on first- and third-party insurance coverage and coverage investigations.
Evan has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including matters relating to insurance coverage, products liability, property damage, contract disputes, tort claims, and bad faith. His clients have included consumer product manufacturing companies, information management services companies, retail establishments, transportation and logistics companies, insurance brokers, and government entities.

While in law school, Evan was a member of the Environmental Law Moot Court team. He competed in the school’s Environmental Moot Court competition, winning the Best Brief and Best Oral Advocacy awards, and at the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.
