He has represented hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, family offices, RIAs, and public and private corporations on a wide range of highly sophisticated corporate, securities and regulatory matters. Evan’s cross-over practice, combining a strong transactional and tactical orientation with cutting edge regulatory and in-house experience, provides unique value to clients at a time when all of these skills are increasingly relevant to client matters. Evan also serves as Dallas Office Chair for Corporate law.
