Frank has been recognized in the 2014-2016 editions of the IAM Patent 1000 – The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners for California. He has also been named a 2016-2018 Managing Intellectual Property IP Star. Frank was named by Super Lawyers as a Top Rated Intellectual Property Attorney in 2017-2018.
