Harman is currently a member of the Corporate team at Nishith Desai Associates. His areas of practice include Private Equity and M&A transactions. He has experience on transactions involving listed companies and securities law matters. He is regularly involved in advising and assisting on various commercial transactions and securities advisory work involving both listed and unlisted companies. He graduated from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, with a BA LLB (Hons.) degree in the year 2019 and has been practicing law since then.
