Henrietta Worthington

Henrietta Worthington is a Solicitor in Vedder Price’s London office and a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions group.

Ms. Worthington concentrates her practice on providing counsel to borrowers and lenders in domestic and cross-border debt financings. She has experience representing banks, funds and other financial institutions in connection with a broad range of transactions, including sustainable finance, financings of energy and infrastructure projects, export finance, acquisition finance and restructurings. Additionally, she has also advised clients regarding international trade and sanctions compliance issues, fintech and general corporate matters.

Ms. Worthington was recognized as a “Rising Star” in Emerging Markets by The Legal 500 UK in 2020 and 2021.

Ms. Worthington is fluent in Spanish, has a working proficiency in French and is conversational in Portuguese.
