She represents lenders in complex real estate financing transactions involving all types of real estate assets. In addition to her finance practice, Hope has extensive experience in representing developers and homebuilders in land acquisitions and dispositions and in residential subdivision development.

Hope also has experience in trademark matters, especially related to clearance and prosecution. In addition to clearing and prosecuting trademarks, Hope has advised clients on the risks associated with the use of proposed marks and the levels of protection afforded those marks, drafting cease and desist letters and office action responses, and communicating with infringers to resolve issues.
