CCongressman Howard Berman advises clients on a wide range of foreign affairs and domestic policy matters, including defense and national security issues, intellectual property, entertainment, technology and immigration. He also serves on the board of trustees of the Asia Foundation, the board of the National Democratic Institute, the Immigration Task Force of the Bipartisan Policy Center, and the Board of Directors of the Pacific Council on International Policy, and is Vice Chair of the Advisory Board to RAND Corporation, Center for Middle East Policy.
