Iciss Rose Tillis is an Associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Ms. Tillis has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Tillis was a legal intern with the National Basketball Association’s in-house counsel. She also worked with two other notable firms, following her WNBA, USA Women’s Basketball and FIBA Women’s Basketball career.
