Jack Price focuses his practice on transactional matters in the energy industry.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jack worked at an international law firm representing a broad range of clients – including lenders, sponsors and borrowers in the energy, media and entertainment, aviation and other industries – in all aspects of corporate financings.

While in law school, Jack served as notes and articles editor for the Fordham International Law Journal.
