Jake Levin is an associate in Polsinelli’s Environmental and Natural Resources group. Jake focuses his practice on a wide range of environmental matters, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA/Superfund, RCRA, and TSCA. Jake also advises clients on federal and state permitting and enforcement related matters, environmental due diligence in corporate transactions, and environmental justice issues.

Before joining Polsinelli, Jake was an associate at an Ohio-based firm where his practice focused primarily on environmental regulatory compliance for clients in the automotive and industrial manufacturing industries.
