Jake Lindsay is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group in London.

He regularly advises financial institutions and companies on structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on complex multijurisdictional structuring and securitisation transactions. He has a broad base of experience across numerous asset classes, including trade receivables, non-performing loans, residential mortgages, international shipping/logistics freight receivables and other innovative and esoteric investments (including reverse equity mortgages).

Jake has worked closely for and with clients whilst seconded to the London offices of various investment banks and consequently has a client-focused approach to managing transactions and providing straightforward legal advice.

He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
